Catalina Lighting, Inc., headquartered in Miami, Florida, designs, contracts for the manufacture of, imports,
warehouses and distributes a broad line of lighting fixtures and lamps under the Catalina,
Dana, Tensor, Vision Max, Aziano, Ring and Illuminada trade names. The Company also functions as an original equipment supplier,
selling goods under its customers' private labels. The Company sells over 20 million products a year principally in
the United Kingdom, the United States, Continental Europe and Canada through a variety of retailers including
home centers, national retail chains, office superstore chains, mass merchandisers, warehouse clubs, discount department stores,
hardware stores and showrooms. Lighting product lines include functional and decorative table and floor lamps; ceiling, wall, recessed,
vanity and track indoor lighting fixtures; security lighting; outdoor lighting; and chandeliers.
The Company maintains warehousing operations in Tupelo
(Mississippi), Toronto
(Canada) and Leeds (United Kingdom).
